RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

ORDER MODIFICATIONS OR CANCELLATION

  • After your order has been placed, you have 24 hours to contact our Customer Support and request order modifications, change of address, or a cancellation. After 24 hours, your order has already been placed in production and can no longer be modified.

ORDER NOT RECEIVED

  • If your item has not arrived within 45 days after having ordered, contact one of our support person through our Contact Us page for a free replacement order or a full refund of your purchase. (Please note this policy excludes errors made by customers when providing incorrect shipping details on their order(s) and/or missed parcel deliveries.)

REPLACEMENTS

  • Non-Clothing Products (including rubber yoga mat, round yoga mat, yoga mat towel, yoga mat bag, yoga block, yoga socks, yoga headband, bracelets, necklaces, anklets, healing stones, wall canvas, metal art)If your item is defective or damaged we will replace it. Please contact us with a photo of the defective/damaged item so we can process a replacement order for you.
  • Custom Made on Demand Clothing Products (including buddha pants, flare leggings, legging & bra set, yoga leggings, sports bra, loose yoga shorts, legging shorts, yoga outfit, tank tops, unisex hoodie): For these items, Returns and exchanges are not accepted.
    We carefully inspect each item before it leaves our facility, if you received a damaged or incorrect item we will send a replacement of the same exact (or correct) size and style at no charge. A photo of the damage or incorrect item is needed and can be sent to contact (at) activelineage.com with your order number.
  • Non-Custom Made on Demand Clothing Products (including buddha pants, buddha jumpsuit): If your item is defective or damaged we will replace it. Please contact us with a photo of the defective/damaged item so we can process a replacement order for you.

What items are returnable?

Are there any charges for return?

  • There are no charges for return
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • You are responsible for return shipping charges

Note: If you made an error in ordering the wrong size, then we cannot accept responsibility for the replacement. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

REFUNDS

  • We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on defective products.  Please reach out within 30 days of receiving your order and provide photographs of the defective product. Your feedback and comment for the product will be much appreciated and will be considered to improve our service and products.
  • If you haven't received your order within 45 days after you placed your order, a full refund will be processed.

How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 business days.
