All Yoga Flare Leggings are custom made to order. Once your order is placed we start production within 24 hours. Every item is individually printed, cut, pressed and sewn according to your size and takes approximately 5-7 days for us to produce them before shipment. Express shipping items will then arrive 7-10 days after they are finished production. Please allow 12-20 days after items are finished in production for standard shipping orders. Once shipped, you will be sent a Fedex or USPS tracking number.
We ship worldwide. Shipping costs will be calculated upon checkout and you will be sent a tracking number via email once sent.

Faulty Item Received
If you receive a faulty item, just send us a picture of it to contact@activelineage.com along with your order number. If the item deliver to you would be faulty or if withers off in the first wash, we'll send you a free reshipment. You don't have to send it back to us :) All we'd need would be a picture of the faulty item.
Not delivered on time
We totally understand that it's highly frustrating not to receive the orders on time. You might have ordered it for a special occasion or you simply don't like waiting. Our orders are delivered from our US or China factory depending on the order demand and design. We usually ship the order from our factory within 1-7 business days of receiving it. And it takes up to 5-20 business days by the shipping companies to make your order reach you depending on the product type (for more detail click here). But, in some cases it might be delayed due to post office issues. Every post office can't accommodate packages after a certain limit, hence the delays are caused.
We'd really appreciate if you wait for your order for a few more days. We'll always be there to assist you let you know about it's status. You'll have the tracking details too to keep a check on the status. It gets very difficult for us to cancel the order after it leaves our factory. So once it leaves our factory, it will reach you :). Wrong size received
If you've received the wrong size, please check the order you placed with us. In most cases, the wrong size is selected by our customers when they place the order. As per our return policy, we do not accept returns for size-related issues, particularly for bras, lingerie, swimwear, or any undergarments, as well as custom made-to-order products (for more detail click here).
If you ordered the right size but still received the wrong one, please contact support so that we can guide you through the process of exchanges. However, please note that for certain custom made-to-order products, exchanges may not be possible due to their custom nature. But in some cases, we'll do our best to assist you within the constraints of our return policy, depending on the specific issue.

I ordered by mistake/I'm no longer interested
The orders can't be cancelled after 24 hours of placing them. Because we usually start working on it's fulfillment in our factory within 24 hours of receiving the order.

- After Shipment: Unfortunately, if your order has already been dispatched, we cannot change the address, and it becomes the customer's responsibility to manage delivery or retrieval at the incorrect address. Please double-check your details at checkout to ensure everything is accurate!
