FAQs

Faulty Item Received

If you receive a faulty item, just send us a picture of it to contact@activelineage.com along with your order number. If the item deliver to you would be faulty or if withers off in the first wash, we'll send you a free reshipment. You don't have to send it back to us :) All we'd need would be a picture of the faulty item.

Not delivered on time

We totally understand that it's highly frustrating not to receive the orders on time. You might have ordered it for a special occasion or you simply don't like waiting. Our orders are delivered from our US or China factory depending on the order demand and design. We usually ship the order from our factory within 1-7 business days of receiving it. And it takes up to 5-20 business days by the shipping companies to make your order reach you depending on the product type (for more detail click here). But, in some cases it might be delayed due to post office issues. Every post office can't accommodate packages after a certain limit, hence the delays are caused.

We'd really appreciate if you wait for your order for a few more days. We'll always be there to assist you let you know about it's status. You'll have the tracking details too to keep a check on the status. It gets very difficult for us to cancel the order after it leaves our factory. So once it leaves our factory, it will reach you :). Wrong size received

If you've received the wrong size, please check the order you placed with us. In most cases, the wrong size is selected by our customers when they place the order. As per our return policy, we do not accept returns for size-related issues, particularly for bras, lingerie, swimwear, or any undergarments, as well as custom made-to-order products (for more detail click here).

If you ordered the right size but still received the wrong one, please contact support so that we can guide you through the process of exchanges. However, please note that for certain custom made-to-order products, exchanges may not be possible due to their custom nature. But in some cases, we'll do our best to assist you within the constraints of our return policy, depending on the specific issue.

If you ordered the right size but received the wrong one, we'll be more than happy to send you a free reshipment. Just let us know with a picture of it, and we'll be there to get it done for you.

I ordered by mistake/I'm no longer interested

The orders can't be cancelled after 24 hours of placing them. Because we usually start working on it's fulfillment in our factory within 24 hours of receiving the order.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once your order is placed, there will be a processing period of 1-7 business days depending on the product type, followed by a shipping period that ranges from 5-20 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout.

For most of our products, which are made to order, please allow 1-3 weeks for the items to arrive after you place your order. You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and another email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

May I get a tracking number?

Yes, absolutely! Once your order is processed (usually within 1-7 business days), you will receive an email with your tracking information as soon as your order has been dispatched. Please note: Your order number is not the same as your tracking number. The tracking number is provided separately in the dispatch confirmation email.

Will you email me when my order is shipped out?

What happens if I type in the wrong address?

Taxes & Duties

We are not responsible for any international taxes and duties; these are the sole responsibility of the customer. If you need to return or exchange a product, please be aware that duties and shipping fees will not be refunded.

Additionally, for exchanges, the customer is responsible for sending the package to our facility, and the shipment expense will need to be borne by the customer. The specific shipping cost will depend on the location of our facility at the time of exchange.
